تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك لموقع TuesPlan وأي طلب يُرسل من خلاله. باستخدامك للموقع فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
1. الغرض من الموقع
يقدّم الموقع معلومات عن خدمات بناء الحضور الرقمي ومنظومات الحجوزات والاستشارات الرقمية لشركات السفر والسياحة والمنشآت الفندقية.
2. إرسال الطلب لا يُعد تعاقدًا
إرسال نموذج أو طلب استشارة عبر الموقع لا ينشئ أي التزام تعاقدي. يبدأ التعاقد فقط عند الاتفاق كتابيًا على نطاق العمل والرسوم والمخرجات والجدول الزمني.
3. الاستشارة لمدة ساعة
الاستشارة جلسة تعريفية ومركّزة لمراجعة الوضع الرقمي الحالي وتحديد الخطوة التالية. لا تشمل تنفيذًا أو تصميمًا أو تطويرًا، ويتم الاتفاق على ترتيباتها وتفاصيلها عند التواصل.
4. عدم ضمان النتائج
تعتمد الحجوزات والمبيعات والطلبات على عوامل متعددة منها جودة العرض والأسعار والمنافسة والميزانية التسويقية والمتابعة البيعية. لذلك لا نضمن عددًا محددًا من الحجوزات أو الطلبات أو المبيعات، وتُعد أي توصيات ذات طابع استشاري.
5. مسؤوليات العميل
- تقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة.
- توفير المحتوى والصور والبيانات المطلوبة وامتلاك حقوق استخدامها.
- الالتزام بالأنظمة والتراخيص المعمول بها في نشاط السفر والسياحة.
- مراجعة أي مخرجات أو توصيات قبل اعتمادها.
6. الملكية الفكرية
محتوى الموقع وتصميمه ونصوصه مملوكة لـ TuesPlan ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها تجاريًا دون إذن كتابي. تُحدَّد ملكية مخرجات المشاريع في اتفاقية الخدمة الخاصة بكل مشروع.
7. الأدوات والمنصات الخارجية
قد يعتمد الموقع أو المشاريع على أدوات ومنصات خارجية (مثل مزوّدي النماذج والاستضافة وأنظمة الحجز). لا نتحمل مسؤولية توفر هذه المنصات أو شروطها أو ممارساتها.
8. حدود المسؤولية
إلى الحد الذي تسمح به الأنظمة، لا يتحمل TuesPlan أي مسؤولية عن خسائر غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو عن قرارات تجارية اتخذها العميل بناءً على محتواه أو المناقشات الاستشارية.
9. التعديلات
يجوز لنا تعديل الموقع أو الخدمات أو هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وتُنشر التعديلات في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ المراجعة.
10. النظام الحاكم
يُدار هذا الموقع من المملكة العربية السعودية، وتخضع أي علاقة تعاقدية لاتفاقية خدمة مكتوبة منفصلة.

These terms govern your use of the TuesPlan website and any request submitted through it. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
1. Website Purpose
The website provides information about digital presence development, booking systems, and digital consultation services for travel agencies, tourism companies, and hospitality businesses.
2. Submitting a Request Is Not a Contract
Submitting a form or consultation request does not create any contractual obligation. An engagement begins only when scope, fees, deliverables, and timeline are agreed in writing.
3. One-Hour Consultation
The consultation is an introductory, focused session to review your current digital setup and define the next step. It does not include implementation, design, or development; arrangements and details are agreed when we contact you.
4. No Guaranteed Results
Bookings, sales, and leads depend on many factors, including offer quality, pricing, competition, marketing budget, and sales follow-up. We therefore do not guarantee any specific number of bookings, leads, or sales, and any recommendations are advisory in nature.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate and complete information.
- Supplying required content, images, and data, and holding the rights to use them.
- Complying with applicable travel and tourism regulations and licensing.
- Reviewing any deliverables or recommendations before approval.
6. Intellectual Property
Website content, design, and copy belong to TuesPlan unless stated otherwise and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission. Ownership of project deliverables is defined in each project's service agreement.
7. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
The website and projects may rely on third-party tools and platforms (such as form providers, hosting, and booking systems). We are not responsible for their availability, terms, or practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TuesPlan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from business decisions made based on its content or consultation discussions.
9. Changes
We may modify the website, services, or these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
10. Governing Context
This website is operated from Saudi Arabia. Any contractual relationship is subject to a separate written service agreement.
